I have called customer care 5 times in 2 days out of my 3 years being with the company. I had overage on ONE invoice out of my 3 years. WOW amazing I never bitched or wined other then those 2 times.

Late fee which could not have been my fault but my banks online system because as soon as I get my invoice from the mail, guess what, thats right I go ONLINE and pay it right AWAY.

2nd time was to replace the craptastic Motorola C333 that was Motorola's fault, not Rogers. I was willing to pay $249.99 for the Motorola V300 for another 2 YR contract but I was not willing to pay $10.00 extra dollars for the 7-8 months left in my contract. Rep. was super nice and came back offering the phone for $160.00, one jaw drop later and an "ok" and I go...

and to further my angry point, I pay $37.00 in total for 200 daytime minutes and Unlimited N&W minutes after 8pm(rate plan changed after I got the next phone as a SAVE rate plan). Yeah so I don't expect much from the company because I put so little into the company.

I did almost 2 years on the worlds worst phone and I never once blamed the company. RAWR there, feel better now, can slip into a comma like state again.

Yeah I guess I should have but they probably would have laughed at me for asking that. It wasn't their charge, it was only a couple cents but I had proof I made payment online. I could have printed it off and mailed it in and YES I know it was only like $0.42 but I made payment on time AND the rep who promised me the credit DIDN'T, another rep had to issue it.

I'm not trying to be an ass or anything but my time is way more valuable then to go round and round with a company over .42 cents. Pay the crap and go on. No biggy.

I know, I should have but I made the payment on time and as some customer's say, it was the principal of the matter and I was lied too.

With Rogers I get 250 anytime minutes, unlimited N&W starting at 6pm for $25/month and I pay $4.99 per month to get my LD down to $0.10/min instead of $0.25/min. Pretty not bad I guess!

I pay $25 +9.99 (for VM caller iD and 75 txt)+5 for the extended n&w/motnh. I have 200 anytime min and my n&w start at 6pm. I'm not complaining.
