when not to transfer to tech

my list of when NOT to trans to tech (and yes these have all been trans'd to me)

if you cannot pull up the acct neither can we. (ie: telegence call, care call center...international phone or not even cingular)

if they are being billed incorrectly for m2m feat.

if there is a dr.bag on the acct.

if there is a dr.bag on the acct.

if the cust is angry about poor reception and mapit shows med to low or no coverage (we cannot make a tower appear out of thin air, trans them to managment)

if the switch is showing 5hours backed up (like today thanks to trop storm cindy) we cannot make the switch go faster.

and finally if it is not service affecting (they can still make recieve calls) make a case and our group will call the cust a...

oh forgot one. subsidy unlock codes. submitt the form is csp. that's all we can do.

Well if yall dindnt act like you ruled the world then the reps who call with that BS would stop.... I hate calling TECH becasue some of them dont know how to talk to people, some of the things that yall do we cant, thats why we call 👿

yes i admitt we do have some more access in some areas. i'm just trying to point out the stupidly obvious. like not transferring a vodaphone customer. (yes it has happened more than once.) 😳
