You complaining about get in now, is the same as a lot of the customer complains all the cingular care reps get, about overages or whatever. You may think you are valid, but everyone who works for the company doesn't. 😉

I didn't want a credit..I understand that sometimes things like this happen, but I did want to warn other customers. And the reps were just plain mean back.
