great customer
called in asked ( not demanded asked) by the way never had to get supervisor on the line
customer kindly explained his long situation to me, he had 3 issues
he couldnt migrate over to cingular and keep his same kinda plan( in his case i could understand how he explained it to me)
2nd issue when he got fed up and ogot a treo phone from a store they lied to him about activation of the phone and how it worked
3 issue VIEW MINUTES need i say more
i gave him the crd for overages with view min becasue it was our probme he couldnt view his min and even though yes it can go down yada yada yada customer was really nice obut it and i wanted to help him. BOOM OVERAGES CRDT BACK

Its funny when you see a thread heading with a terrible customer experience there are a plethora of responses leading down the page....
A heading with " great customer" Gets one paltry response..
Kinda like the news. If it bleeds it leads..No one wants to hear about the good only the bad...and that feeds upon itself as can plainly be witnessed on the Cingular board. >
