"talks" software

Does anyone know anything about the "talks" software? Is it suppose to allow some of our future phones to have ptt ability? If it does mean ptt, well I don't really care about that change. But i'm still interested in any change we may have in the near future.

talks software just turns your phone into speech response. It has nothing to do with ptt. It is more for people with disabilities that need a phone they can just speak into instead of dialing. The software only works on the nokia 6620 and the nokia 6682.
