what noise are you speaking of? and are you referring to a software or firmware update?

when does it make the buzzing noise? - on calls, during ringing, at idle?
software and firmware updates are easy to obtain for Motorola phones - there are a ton of sites out there dedicated to modding Moto phones. i have the newest Flex and Flash for my V3 which enables video recording, ENS, and multi-letter phonebook searching. Keep in mind doing these things would void the warranty if anything went wrong...

Yeah or just see about downloading software/firmware updates I guess if you want to do it EASY.

it only makes the noise when you are on calls.on one of the v3's i sold it would happen when the phone was close to tha computer or the tv or a land line and sometimes when i would br driveing down the road.

that is normal

but it dosn't happen on all v3's the rep in my store had one and it did't do it,my sister's dosn't do it??what is the cause and is there a fix for it?

If so try contacting Motorola, see if they can replace your phone otherwise warrenty will be your friend.
BTW I had a Motorola C333, I contacted Motorola and they replaced it with new software for free and even paid for the shipping of the problem phone back to them. Now that I think about it, that was probably a warrenty exchange as well. Oh well I moved to a new better Motorola phone.
