Bahh on the s710. That was the second phone I had with Cingular. The OS was too slow and sometimes froze and reset and the bluetooth would drop the connection with my headset randomly which is important seeing as I use a bluetooh headset for 90% of my calls.

Didn't the Siemens SX66 have all that? I'm not sure about the voice dial over bluetooth.

On the S710 voice dial with bluetooth, I've heard it only works with the SW bluetooth headset.

lol, I know what you mean. I'll buy this phone directly from Nokia if I have to, but I'd like to hold out for a bit to see if I can save another $50 - $100 and get it through work.

It can do voice dial but not speaker independent voice dialing. The difference is that with speaker independent you dont have to train the phone to voice dial. It will recognize what you say and compare that with a name in your phonebook without training it to do so. If you know someone that has a Moto v710 for Verizon try it out. Its a very nice feature.

he "long" way of adding this feature to any phone is by adding voice connect to your account. you can import all your entries to the voiceconnect website, and then when you call in (make a speed dial on the phone for it) it uses speaker independant recognition. - only down sideis that using this way does not take advantage of M2M. 😡

Ive tried all over the place. I had the Moto a780 which had all those features but it was a horrible phone. The speaker independent voice dial was awesome on the v710. If only Cingular could get some high end LG's like the 8100 that VZW released today.

There is the F9100. but no camera. there are tons of devices with MOST of the features you are looking for, but the ONLY phone with ALL of them in the entire US is the one you had. other than that they are available overseas. (most are still motos, although there are some nokias)

Yeah I think Im going to try the Treo 650 out and see if I can find software that will do the voice dialing I want. I can settle without a MP camera.

I'm using a Treo 650 and the first thing you need to download is a little program called File Z (free download). It lets you delete corrupted databases which would otherwise lock up specific applications. You'll know it when it happens... every time you open that application the phone will reboot.

If you want to stick with the phone for awhile, you might want to wait and see if they release anything with their new linux OS any time soon.
