hey this is a retarded question.. . if a customers "roaming" on another carriers tower on the nation plan.. they still have mobile to mobile free right and wont take from the daytime mins?

It used to make a difference at least with the new plans as long as both paties are in the HCA then it is ok not nessarly network dependent anymore both still have to be cingular of course mind you but not matter on the towers anymore.
