My Customer!

y'know I'm a former blue rep and I admit that a lot of the time we get really grouchy customers. I will also admit that sometimes we may get a little carried away while talking about them, but I've worked here for two years and I've only had one customer that comes to mind when someone asks "well, surely you get some nice customers?!"

Out of 40-80 calls per day, 5 days a week over a two full years, I can only think of one.

This guy actually let me finish my opening (a rare occurrence, to say the least!). Then to my surprise when he began to speak, I found that he had actually been listening to my opening and addressed me by my name! (WOW!) Then before anything happened he thanked me for being there today so that i could help him no...
