When you call your customer care and you ask them if there are any issues, if they look and say no, that doesnt mean that there isnt some kind of issue necassarily. It could mean that the tech side just hasnt issued a ticket for the issue yet. Happens all the time. Dont just assume CC isnt doing there job or doesnt know what they talking about. If you call CC for troubleshooting dont tell them how to do their job--remember you are calling CC for help. Oh yeah stop calling from the phone your having issue with! How can we help you if your on it???
