Anyone know how many times you have to return a phone XBM before they offer you a different model? This e317 wont hold a signal and its choppy with sound? I want the 6102 but its not out yet, any idea how long I have to wait for that?

I think the v551 is a good option or if you can find a good mpx 220. The nokia 6102 is going to be a strong phone it is testing very well on Cingular's network. But the phone will not be available till the end of this month.

i dont mind waiting a few more weeks for it. I had the v551 and I didnt really like it. Not a fan of Motorolas, it seems like it takes FOREVER to get to a menu you want and it was pretty heavy and bulky for my taste. I know im the picky customer some reps complain about 😛 Nah, im not that picky, I just want a phone thats similar in size to my e317 that I can hear clearly and loud on, im not concerned about the video and all that, i never use it for anything but talking. So would you say the 6102 will be worth it, and its coming out this month? How about a no contract price or is that not available yet?

thats not too bad, then I can sell my e317 on ebay for maybe 100.00 or so and I will have a better phone. Do you work for Cingular? Either way if you hear anything else can you possibly let me know? The last nokia i had was the 3360 and i never had problems with reception, low volume, and poor sound, I hope this Nokia is the same.
