I cant make up my mind, P207 or V551???
I say the V551! I have seen that phone and I like it just as much as I like my v300!

Depends on what features you're looking for. I personally do not like Motorolas. But I have heard the v551 is a good quality phone. If you want bluetooth to use with wireless headsets and a speakerphone go with the v551. Samsungs are usually (in my opinion) good quslity phones. The p207 has some unique features such as speech to text and also speaker independent voice dialing which is the ability to voice dial without creating voice tags for each name. Those are pretty much the biggest differences. Good luck in choosing.

also, when in doubt, compare the reviews for both phones. It was the reviews I read on the V300 that convinced me to ditch nokia and get my first moto phone! :-)

I hate to say it, but the V300 was the worst phone I have ever had. I have the V551 and have had it since 11/04 when it was first released. Before I came to Cingular I had T-Mobile and went through 3 V300's before I cancelled all together with them... At the store the guy helping me and I went through 5 phones taking them out of the box and they were all different weight and the bottons had different textures, they were supposed to be the same phone, all said V300 on the box, but in fact were much different...

they are both good phones feature wise, but honesly, i suggest niether of the two.
I work in the warrenty exchange department and by far, the highest exchange on devices right now is with the motorolas. 2 of them have had severe software issues, and the mpx 220 was actually recalled (but will be re issued within the month) the Samsung P207 I havne't processed any warrenty exchanges on, but alot of people who get that phone inform me "it wasn't quite what they wanted" if you're wanting a phone with great qualities, bluetooth, video etc, may I suggest the nokia 6620 (kind of big tho), sony ericsson S710 or samsung P777- if those are out of your price range, then just reasearch into the p207 and v551 before you buy them- make sure you ar...
