Help upgrade. I ordered friday.. they hadn't shipped it yet

Well i was upgrade eligable. s710a was on sale for 150 with rebate so i ordered it and everything. I even got my order confirmation number and i'm pretty sure it even charged on my card already. I ordered this on friday.. the 22nd and now it's the 26 and it wasn't even shipped yet. I know saturday and sunday aren't business days but it shoulda been shipped by now.

i've upgraded a few times online and it usually gets shipped the day a business day arives but .. no phone..

ANY HAVE ADVICE OF WHAT TO DO OR IF YOU HAD THIS HAPPEN TO YOU BEFORE, PLEASE HELP ME!

Dude, that is online for you. Sorry. Sometimes it takes longer to get the equipment. No one you can really call to get it shipped faster, unless you want to pay for expedited shipping.

Nextel Online gives a tracking# with order... It also provides a link to take you to FedEx or whomever happens to have an agreement with that particular distribution center. If your order didn't have that with it, the only people to call is Cingy cust svc...
