Anyone worked for both Sprint and Cingular

I am wondering if anyone could give me any insight in the pros and cons of working for Sprint vs Cingular.
Main concerns would be about pay and benefits.

I appreciate the time and help.
The questions are about working in a COR location.

Back a long time ago, Sprint in my area used to bring potential applicants in bulk to their office that handled business (I guess you would say it was a regional office) accounts in the Orlando FL area. Meaning they would set five, six, or seven location mgrs on one side of the table and bring in like ten to fifteen applicants at one time to sit on the other side and grill 'em for an hour. Kind of like picking teams for a kickball game. I thought it was funny. Nine times out of ten they would hire the persons in the group that had previous wireless sales experience even if the ex-car salesmen showed more potential. Sprint wanted people who were hungry for sales and would stop at nothing to get new customers because this was their way of ...
