It was directed at the first person to reply. Their statement was completely without fact, something austin316 did quite often.
After that little post where he pasted an internal email all over phonescoop, I know he got reported quite a few times and he has not posted in quite a while =).
No complaints either because he was a jerk and made Cingular look really bad.

What kind of crappy people are you trying to make us Retail Reps out to be?? Granted there are a number of reps out there that couldn't give a care in the world about there customers, there are far more of us that do!! Most of ther reps in my area reley on referalls and were not gonna get them by treating customers like @*#%.
