3220 is NOT discontinued

Ocellular

I for Cingular and I sale that phone every day. I am also in a Nokia Contest for the 6102. I receive points for selling the 3220. I KNOW that the 3220 has NOT been discontinued. I can confirm that officially. I have direct access to Cingulars main information system that gives updates about new phones way before they come out or if they are discontinued. I wish that people would quit creating stupid threads about things they know nothing about. Just go to cingular.com and the phone is still for sale from Cingular on there. Please send your responses.

Want to bet?
You may have access to Cingular, but Cingular is not the problem...NOKIA is discontinuing it.

If NOKIA discontinues it then Cingular couldn't sell it now could they? Which we'd have prior warning of either via a product advisory (none currently out on the 3220) or the phase out list.

Can we PLEASE drop this?

Sure, it can be dropped. As long as you admit you were wrong, Mr Cingular know-it-all.

I could paste at least 40 other links proving the 3220 has been discontinued; but what is the use?

That is a link to a european/Vodafone/Orange website. Just because it is discontinued it europe doesn't mean it is discontinued here in the USA.

I work for an agent and according to my price list from CINGULAR....the 3220 AND the V220 are in the "PHASE OUT" catagory.

According to my nokia rep, this has to do with the new 6102 coming out and the Moto rep says the V220 is a slow seller.

Why get a V220 when for a couple of dollars more you can have the V551?!?!

I personally don't like the 3220 and I'm ready to get my 6102 from the contest!!

So in the OKC Market, the 3220 and the V220 will be gone soon!

Hey guy...heads up...NOKIA is an international manufacturer. If the 3220 is discontinued...it is discontinued. Get over it.

OMFG!!! Who cares if it is discontinued or not. It seems like it is discontinued in some regions and not others. But who cares?!??! You guys are arguing over whether or not a phone is discontinued or not! Ebay doesnt discontinue anything so if you want it go there and get it if you cant find it in a Cingular store.
