one thing i need to do is say this,

when you call into customer care you have to relaise that when it comes to humans some people lear quicker or more than others,
if you get a really smart rep, do not say to them that the last person u dealt with was dumb, i happen to know alot abut this business and i like going indepth with customer so they can know as much as possible about this stuff, but i had a customer today tell me that the previous rep was stupid because she didnt know as much about netorks as i do

this isnt her fault... i do research outside of work to know as much as i do
so remember some reps are smarter than others
and if you get someone who doesnt quite seem sure
just ask them if they can make sure in a nice way

thank you for saying that. i have heard that many times that the last rep was stupid. just because they may not know as much as you or i don't make them stupid.
