THANK YOU TO ALL THAT RESPONDED TO MY POSTING!!!!!!
I had posted an issue a few weeks ago with the title "SERIOUS ISSUES WITH CINGULAR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!"in which I was having trouble receiving the rate plan that I had signed up for.
I had spoken to several customer service agents via phone, the store representative and store manager in which I had purchased the phone. I was flabbergasted that they were all unable to help me. Worst of all is that they all told me that the plan, I had a signed contract for, did not exist, and I could nor would not receive it. I was quite stunned that Cingular would not honor a signed contract.
But I must thank everyone that responded to my post on this site. Thank you to simplymarcus, shayby, texaswireless, ginandjuice, cingularreppy, shscaptain1...

Cool I also would like to let all sales agents especially former blue sales agents. Making a retention offer outside of what is assigned to a customer takes director approval. What happened to this customer is a dealer violated policy and caused a major issue for Cingular customer service. this could have ended in a lawsuit againist Cingular Wireless. Which Cingular would have lost due 2 the fact this customer had a signed contract from Cingular. All dealers the contracts are binding both ways we have to provide the customer the rate plan that is on their contract.
