No extended ???

Just kinda on the curious side, I have the black razr and every time i loose cingy service its dead which i understand, But shouldn't it go into some form of an extended service???

Just kinda wondering if there might be something wrong with my phone or not??

Or does it go into extended but still say's cingular??

I can't go as far as saying that there is nothing wrong with your phone but I can tell you that whether you're in extended service or not, Cingular will always be the tag displayed on your phone. If you aren't getting a signal and your phone no longer says Cingular, then you are simply in an area with no signal.

Ahh cool! You were more of a help than the C.S. rep that i had spoke with earlier today she had said that sprint and verizon was a roaming partner 😳 with cingular and that i shouldn't have a problem. 😲
I called the guy back that helped me when i signed up and he said the t-mo is still there partner but thats Milwaukee for t-mo, then he also said that att was partners.. along wit...

Funny they would say Sprint and Verizon...

They aren't even GSM technology nor TDMA technology...so it is physically impossible for them to be "roaming partners"

Yeah I hear ya on that but aparently she didnt know a whole lot. which is really sad im hoping she was a rookie
