If you buy a new (ie 6102 Nokia) phone from Cingular and the reception in the Cingular only towers does not work out, can you go back to the ATT/Cingular towers on the new phone? Does anyone know for sure? 😳

Do I have to ask for the 64k sim card, or are they phone-specific, or what?
