I work at a Radio Shack in Michigan and with the announcement of not carrying Verizon anymore we are going to start carrying cingular I was wondering what the employee plans were for them if anyone here knows and also how they're credit checks were. If they were difficult because Verizon is kinda strict I have them and love it but alot of people come back with a 400$ deposit so if someone could answer my questions i would appreciate it thanks.

To my knowledge Cingulars credit check is pretty hard. I don't have an employee plan, but from what I have heard they are good if you can get them.

Cingular's "agent" plan in the Central region requires no credit check. The agent principal is technically responsible for the bill should it go delinquent.

You gotta wait until you at least sell them first, which won't be for a bit.

Credit is about the same as VZW, but deposits usually run about $750- it's really designed as a deterrent at that point, as is VZW's $400 dep. As far as employee plans - 1000anytime--1000n/w--unlim txt--200mms--5mb internet for a whopping $19.99 a month
