Cingular decided not to renew the contract with mobile solution. due to problems with their policies on returns conflicting with cingular's return policy.

Actually, it isn't that they decided to not renew with Mobile Solutions, what it was was that they changed their commission structure so that it wasn't worth them to sell it. They sold it for a bit until their contract was over with Cingular, but also had to wait till the leases were up where they were at.

Their contract ran out on 6/30 and was not renewed by cingular, all Signs were to be removed by 7/1
