I upgraded to the Samsung p207 over the internet on Saturday. When i go to track the order it says that the order is In Progress. Its been like that since Saturday. Wanted to know how long does it usually take ship a phone? Also i clicked no when it asks if i need another SIM card and it has that I ordered one. Is this going to be a back up SIM card or am i paying for another one?

You would not be the first person to have billing errors of this nature. Cingular appears to make a habit out of adding such things to the bill in the hopes that consumers will not realize it and simply pay for it.
I would suggest keeping a close eye on the features of your plan and calling in to be sure you are not going to be charged for the SIM card.

Considering Cingular never charges customers for a SIM card when purchasing a new handset your comment is baseless in this situation.
They are sending out 64k SIM cards with most every new purchase. Considering he most likely has a 32k SIM it is a free upgrade.
