Agent Queue/CS Down?
I have been trying to contact AQ/CS all morning. When I call 866-856-0156 all it does is ring. Anyone else in any other market care to comment or verify?

Yes Will, there is a problem with the IVR. Some call centers are taking all the calls and some centers are getting no calls. The only reps that are able to receive calls are overloaded.

anybody know why the credit analysis for tp1 reps have evacuated the building and are no longer taking calls today? did they get blown up? or a tornado? wtf? all it says is that an emergency happened or what have you.
