The $59.99 Nation Plan has 900 Rollover minutes, what you don't use, you keep for the next billing cycle. All your minutes do not expire after 12 months. The only ones that expire after 12 months are the oldest. The system also uses the oldest minutes first.
There is a really nice tool available now called a rollover matrix. You can see what is due to expire, how much is being saved, etc.

I've been with Cingular for nearly a year now. That's 11 seperate bills that I have recieved from Cingular, none of which had any billing errors on them. I am fully satisfied with the service that Cingular has provided me, and truly trust that I won't eperience any troubles with billing in the future.
The truth is that you're hearing so many horror stories about billing and Cingular is taking such a hard rap, because they have so many customers. Every company has billing errors. You only ever hear the bad things about billing, never the good things. So if there are more potential customers to have billing problems with Cingular, of course you're going to hear more complaints.
