Ringtone choices...a lack there of!

I have been a customer with Cingular for the past two years. I've been very pleased with the service so far, BUT...I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN ANY HARRY POTTER RINGTONE!!! WHY? Book 6 "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has been VERY successful in sales EVEN WAY BEFORE it's release on midnight of July 16th, and is continuing to break records and also with the upcoming November 18th release of the 4th film "Goblet of Fire", and beginning in early January book 5 ,"The Order of the Phoenix", will commence filming...THE COMPANY'S DEVELOPERS HAVE STILL HAVE NOT SET UP A RINGTONE FOR CUSTOMERS TO DOWNLOAD???

I have had no luck to find an alternitive website that has compatiable software apart from yours that even accomidates my present LG4010 ph...

dude, get a phone with bluetooth and you can zap all the harry potter stuff you want on there.

Get an MP3 phone and record your own ringtones

You need to get a current phone if you want the most available ring titles. The LG 4010 can't utilize MP3 ringtones and is the problem, not Cingular's (or any other of the many companies) lack of tones.

I stopped BUYING ringtones since I got Mobile Phone Tools ($)for the 4 V551s on our account and I also have Nokia PC Suite (free) for the 6230 we have. It took a bit of practice but it's fairly easy once you get the hang of it. Moot point though if you have a phone that can't use MP3s.......

Exactly, gotta get current with your technology. While his phone isn't nearly as old, it is like someone being upset he can't find software for his Commodore 64.

My contract will be up at the end of this year. I've been holding out for a new Motorola. And yes I want to get up with today's technology, but there is that little problem called affordability. But I don't want to put alot of money into a piece of crap. What I've been using has been good only for great reception and easy-to-use. It's good as a starter phone, but not not much else since my needs have evolved. But I'm trying to do my homework and get the best for the money and time that I plan to put into it.
