dropped calls.
I get a dropped call every day with my s710a an was wonderinfg if this is normal I had perfect coverage few weeks ago but ever since i got the sony phone ive been having troubble. I call up customer care an tell me its normal for me to get dropped calls from time to time. One time i was told since the merger with Att thats the reason for my lower than normal signal strength an dropped calls. Now i get dropped calls bout 1 a day an was wondering what are my options..to either stay with the phone I have an pray that the network will clear up for me or try to exchange it for another of the same model or to try to get another phone that is equal to the s710a.

ya but i went from no dropped calls to one a day an i was wondering why this is. Besides this incident i like cingular becaz they meet al my needs so dont treat me like a whinny customer trying to get free stuff from cingular im just askin a question about a experience im having.

They might be integrating your area. Or doing pre-work, who knows. I have less signal strength in the evenings after 11 maybe 12am and early mornings 6- 7am But I'm happy cuz I know they are working in my area. I saw the outer screen of my cell light up at 8 min intervals one night for like 30 mins.
