Ringback Tones!!!!!
My Cingular employees help me, FOR THE 50 MILLIONTH TIME is or should I say WHEN???, is Cingular getting Ringback Tones (or Caller Tunes if you prefer) this is driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!! Now I'm all for Cingular BUT damn it if you want to be number #1 you've got to lead the way and not still be tossing the idea around several months after your competitors have launched!!!!! GIVE ME SOME DAMN SPECIFICS!!!!!!!! Thanx!!!!!! 😕

I know how it is.... My ex gf worked in the central cali call center for 3 years while we were together and I used to hear horror stories about the idiotic supervisors who are so short sighted it makes good employees wanna jump out the window.

lol id love to know why ringback tones are so popular. For most business users its probably one of the most unprofessional things you could have. . . if i had a ringback tone my boss would kill me. You have to realize that one of the main drivers of what Cingular does is what their business customers want, and I can promise you that ringback tones is one of the last things on their list

If you dont think its business driven answer this for me. . .why is there a direct B2B department, why do business accounts get discounts off rate plans and equipment? . . . dont forget the that one or a few consumer(s) sign up at a time, while large business acts close deals of thousands of lines. Business is one of the main drivers of what all cellular companies look to satisfy. For example, PTT was mainly implimented for business use, not consumer. This is also true for data. Since Cingular and all other companies are concerned w/ ARPU, they look to their business customers adding revenue driving features. . .not 2 dollar ringback tones
