Price plans!
Can anyone please tell me when/if Cingular plans on bringing back a family talk plan with less than 700 min?

Probably never, unless of course Verizon does it first and then Cingular would just follow Verizon's lead in pricing as it usually does.

Sigh...thanks. I love my Cingular phone, but I think they could do a much better job of keeping their webpages sync'd.
Little aside into how this question came up:
My fiancee and I both had Cingular accts, but wished to combine into one acct under my name since I get a discount. I took a look at the Cingular Business webpage (https://www.cingularbusinessonline.com/GoldO rderEntry/orderstartwa?corpId=SBC&CBOid=sbc73 58&event=display) and see the 500 min family plan for a little over $50 a month after the discount. When I went into the store to do this, I find out that the 500 min price plan had expired☹️

Chances are....never. Cingular is reying to raise its ARPU (average revenue per user) not lower it. Yes there are customers who do not need 700 daytime but that is what is offered.

yea, alot of people liked the 500 min plan. Cell phones are gonna be like house phones in a few years... unlimited everything for 150.00 a month (5 phones) watch... it'll happen.
