from what I can make out on the map, there is coverage there thru GSM partners. Meaning Cingular doesn't actually provide the service, someone else does.

Unfortunatly, you cannot do a relocation on a go-phone. And the coverage on a go-phone is less than that of a regular plan. You could get the "Pay As You Go" plan and not be out very much. You'd get a Minnesota number and once that time is up, you can either refill it if it works there or let it go! 😁
