Because you don't have to sign a contract. I have a used one I'm selling also. Except it's the Sony Ericsson s710a and it's practically brand new and it's only $200..look on EBAY, they are going for $250-$275

300 bucks for a BRAND NEW razr w no s&h fees or 250 for a used one? What do I save? maybe 40 bucks. Cmon. And thats only if I was sheep enough to buy the razr in the first place.
Your s710 deal is actually a lot better.

My s710 is one that I got XBM last week so it would have the updated software. Not even sure if it has an hour of talk time on it. And it includes 128mb memory card.

I'm just throwing a price out there, and it's your choice as a consumer to say yes or no.
