Glad customers don't look at this forum
I am a customer. I was with Bellsouth Mobility until they became Cingular, so I have been a Cingular customer since their existence. And I am a very satisfied customer at that, with an account that has 5 phones. And I just upgraded my line today to the Nokia 6682. I am not planning on switching carriers - ever. No matter what I read (and mostly ingnore) on here.

Glad to hear! I'm new to this site and I'm shocked about the hate/anger towards Cingular that there seems to be.
