I would add that my time as a rep is taken up needlessly arguing with this customer when I could be assisting someone that really does want help. And to Pink, a little venting like wolf did in a logical and non hostile way is good every not and then. Because maybe a customer somewhere at some time will read this and understand why he/she has to wait on hold or in line an extra twenty minutes. 😁

You know, I kind of like when the reps vent on here. Breaks up the monotony of people asking the same question over again about SIM cards or thread after thread about why their wireless provider sucks. Whatever, keep it up guys!
