Looking for Cingular Rep that supports Bus accounts

Not as much as just a Q/A.
I'm just curious as to why certain corps get better discounts than others. I work for SBC (I'm not asking for a free phone or heavily discounted rates so please don't misunderstand) and my fiancee works at a diff company and Cingular gives his company far better discounts.
Is it just a business decision? I'm contemplating switching our Cingular acct (currently under my name) to his name to take advantage of this.
