ok i live in billings montana and i wanna know why there are no stores or kiosks where i can join cingular. ive been with airtel, a nextel branch and i loved there service but theyre a regional carrier so ive dumped them and need a phone service and im stuck with vzw and cellonewestern but i love cingular. my friend has a v551 and is the only one i no with cingular here. he has coverage and service here so why have they done nothing out here and how can i get hooked up with them
