I read a survey that said
The reason is rather simple, Verizon wireless customers have such great service, they know longer need landline. I have the motoe815 and recently got rid of my landlind, who needs it with verizon
My friend had Verizon. He threw his phone out the window of his truck. He's with Cingular now.
I read a survey once that said 100% of surveys can't be taken as fact.
That phone was a piece of crap that wouldn't even stay powered on. If it's not on, it wont dial 911. As a sales rep, I know there are POS models which I stop selling once I find out. This one was, across all carriers, a POS.
Im sure I'll continue to like my phone, even though your friend threw a brand new phone out the window. duh
Some people still have DSL, others have cable modems... despite all the hype they throw at each other, they're about the same speeds.

It wasn't new, it wasn't an e815 either. It was the T720 ish series that sucked on everyone network. I was just pointing out that you really really really do love that phone, since I think you've said so about 14 million times. That's by no means a bad thing, it shows you're not full of BS.

What's wrong with DSL? I run dsl and i get 1.5mbps
2.8 mps down/ 600k up here 😉
and i'm in the club of people who couldn't tell you my landline numbers since i ordered it just for DSL and use Vonage.
And the best part is, I'm usually running a faster speed than my friend next door with cable, because my DSL speeds don't get diluted by traffic. 😁
