Cingular has amended the Rate Plan Change Policy for Rollover Balance. This change was originally scheduled for launch on September 1, 2005, but was delayed due to a change in the proposed policy. A customer's expiration date for Rollover minutes WILL NOT be reset when they change rate plans.

Quick Overview:

When a customer changes rate plans, the 12 month expiration date on Rollover minutes WILL NOT be reset.

Unused Rollover minutes will continue to expire at their current timeframe.

Must add...You will lose your rollover minutes if you change your plan after 10/1. You will receive replacement minutes in the amount of your new plan minutes. i.e. 700 shared plan will give you 700 rollover minutes.
