Adding a line - does it change my plan/rollover minutes?

Very simple question for all you great Cingular reps. I am merging from ATT to Cingular tomorrow or Friday (waiting on the phone to get in). If I add a family member on with the family talk plan later, would that change my plan as far as the roaming minutes etc, or can it stay the same?

I am on the basic plan now, but if I add that second line later does it impact me negatively as far as my rollover minutes etc?

(I am really not wanting to add a second line immediately, but might if I need to because of plan changes to rollover minutes etc) Thanks!

If you add the second line later you'll have to change your plan to one of our familytalk plans, which have different rates and minute pools. If you're adding a 3rd line or more later, you can stay on the same plan and just add them at $9.99 a piece.

If you change your plan after Oct 1, it will likely change your rollover balance but you will still have the same features and promotions. I do recommend getting two phones at once, because it will save you $18 in activation fees. The store you buy it from may also give you a discount on accessories as you're buying more.
