Mother of god, it's October 1st... I have been waiting for a solid Windows Mobile 2005 device for a year now, when the heck is Cingular going to release a damn phone!?!

If I didn't have 12 months left on my contract, I would be buying that new Sprint HTC phone tomorrow.

The iPaq will be out sometime within the next 1/4 century, or so. Actually I think they are waiting for the roll out of our new network before they start releasing all the cool new toys. I've been made privy to some information (nothing top secret, but I doubt very many people know about it, yet) and they've got some pretty cool stuff coming out with, or shortly after the launch of UMTS/HSDPA, that I haven't seen on any site yet. This is just a guess however. I don't really know why they pulled the iPaq launch after we had put all the collateral up..

The iPaq had weak radio signals and in the final stages of testing it was pulled. (it would have made for a killer phone anyway) but sticking to the strict 400 hour testing it was deemed unfit. now if a revamped version is on the horizon... ??????

Ahh, that would explain it. But don't all PDA's phones have weak signals? My SX66 signal sucks ass unless I'm like right under the tower. I still like the phone, however.. I've just never noticed with any of the Treo's/BlackBerry's/Siemens PDA devices that any of them get a great signal. I'm not looking for the signal strength of the 6010 or anything, but like today I was crusing up I-75 and had only two bars, on the highway.. it was weird. My RAZR and my 6010 both had a perfect signal, but not my SX66. 🤭

It's always 1 or 2 more months 🙄

Anyway, the a non-WM2005 is as far as I am concerned not an option. I used to have a Toshiba with WM2003SE and the lack of persistant storage just sucks ass.
