Deferred Billing

After having a cell phone for two years at $50.00 a month I opened my Cingular phone bill this month and it was $505.00. I went way over my minutes on my plan because Cingular included calls that were made the month before. They call it deferred billing. A co-worker had the same thing happen this month. His bill is $300 over what it normally is. I can't get anyone at Cingular to provide a logical explanation. I think it must be illegal. I want to know how widespread this is. Anyone else have this happen?

There is delayed billing it does exist nothing illegal about it. when ever you use your phone off a different carrier those minutes can be delayed in being reported. the carrier usually has 45-60 days to report usage. once reported thats when you are billed for it.
