tired of complaints about a bill

i get so tired of hearing that there must be a mistake with a customers bill. today i had another one saying its not right. i look and it show direct bill charges of $64. customer says well i didnt download anything. i proceed to look at the bill (not really but trying to play like i am) and then i ask to see his phone. i proceed to check the ringtones available and low and behold there are the tones he didnt download. i respond to him " sir, the ringtones that your bill says you bought and downloaded are in your phone, so if you didnt download them i would suggest getting your manual out and reading up on how to lock your phone because someone that has had possession of your phone has downloaded them. he tells me "cingular told me i could d...
