The twelve months ends. When I was a cingular SR, had like one of the office(network, computer people to be specific) tell me that balance really doesnt go away, it's something that they just say? Anyone have any factual truth for me here.... Yea or Nea... was this office worker right or wrong? 😕

It really goes away. The first version of rollover stayed forever. then they changed it to 12 months it expires. now they are not letting you keep more than the plan you are switching to...
they are still your minutes, you still get to keep them, just not more than your anytime minutes on your plan... it makes sense actually. Verizon and T-Mobile make you extend your contract to change your rate plan, Cingular lets you KEEP YOUR MINUTES, YOU DON'T HAVE TO EXTEND YOUR CONTRACT... It's a win win situation...
