Okay, quick issue... If a customer wants to port their number and they come to a small store, chances are not all of our number transfer equipment is working at all times. Why whine to a sales rep that you really really need those phone numbers from another provider's phone when the cust could easily reenter their numbers to the Cingular phone & SIM & never have to do that again as long as the sim isn't burnt out by a customer trying to change security settings. How hard is it for cellular customers in general to use a little common sense sometimes?
