Any news on unlimited
I heard a rumor that Cingular is going to offer unlimited minutes for about the same price as the att unlimited plan.Is this true and when will they offer it?

Nope and not going to happen, as a matter of fact, I believe that Cingular is planning on charging roaming while off the former blue cellsites, so enjoy it!

First, I sold that plan and it was supposed to be for the length of the contract term with a MAX of 2 YEARS. So technically Cingular could kick all of you guys off of that plan at ANY TIME. Second, the reason they offered that plan was because at the time the GSM network was VERY small and it was the only way they could get people to sign up for it! It also did not include roaming off the the AWS network! So to all you people who are still on this plan enjoy it while you can..... the gravy train is over!

no plans on bring the unlimited plan back. most unlimited plans are given out when a new company premiers or an existing company offers a new service andthey are trying to attract attention. Cingular has no reason to bring back the legacy blue unlimited plan.
