Think of it as an opportunity to lower churn and keep your customers happy. There are many parents who want to add their children, but worry about the cost. Many phones have FDN lists, but they're not easy to program. Parents can safely add even their ten year olds to their accounts now without worrying about going over on their minutes.

We don't, but they're slated for a November release it seems as their on the agent price list. We both know that doesn't mean it's for certain though.

I'm actually really excited about getting these phones, and I hope the price is as low as the cost. If the pricing trends continue for this one as they have for our other phones I'm expecting it around $49.99 before rebates.

It's a small phone without a keypad. The numbers stored on the phone have to be programmed onto it from a computer. I think it only has 4 or 5 buttons on it, one for each parent, 911, the "phonebook" button, and a power button.

yea i understand .. i just don't really feel like explaing to a 5 year old how to use their phones.. bad enough when snotty 15 year old comes in complaining about service.. haha can you imagine a 5 year old comming in to your store and saying "man i drop calls everywhere."

Lol, I know where you're coming from now. Take a stand... only explain it to their parents as they're the ones who'll be programming it. If they have reception problems, they should tattle on us instead of coming into a store.
