I am trying to figure out if i should get the ipaq i have the 6682 currently i am jus wondering on if i should get the new ipaq

if you travel, get the iPaq. it has built in GPS, and if you MS Streets and Trips, (or another map program they reccomend) you can load maps into it and all that good stuff. 😉
