i am not IT, but i know they wouldn't allow an end user to do this. it's against the code of conduct. they can remote in from other work PC's, and with the right information, you MIGHT be able to from outside the network, but you would have to VPN into the network first, and then the company would have a way to track who is doing what and track any remote connections back to you, since you have to log in using your company login.
