ROKR price w/ no contract

anyone know the retail price of the ROKR now ?

is it $249.99 ?

when i go to the cingular store, regardless if i look at the phones, the homepage shows an add for the ROKR saying " now only 149.99 " but of course that's with 2 year. so i'm assuming the retail is 249.99
...

same price here in telesales. 149.99 w/2yr
199.99 w/1yr 249.99 w/no contract
