Hey Lorna, I got another Bluetooh headset for you to consider. I just recently (recently being yesterday 😁) got the Plantronics Voyager BT headset. It's a great headset and actually like the sound clarity better than on my Jabra BT250v. I also find it a little more comfortable for my ear. The thing I like about it the most is that the boom is a little longer than on the BT250v and it swivels up and down as well. Just thought I'd give you another option 😁
