I have been called a Cingular fanboy. I am not a fan of cingular or verizon or T-Mobile or Sprint. I work for cingular so I know a lot about cingular. I am not a fan of any phone company I am simply a knowledgeable employee.I have got to say Cingular has a lot of work to do. They are over a year behind Verizon on 3g and also ranking low in customer satisfaction is also another problem.
